#WesternPA was created for, but not limited to people in Western Pennsylvania, USA.
We now have a new Pet. His name is Zushi and he is a Shoyru. All of us in #westernpa love Zushi to death. He was born May 18th, 2000. And he has his own website. It can be viewed at: Zushi's Web Page! please make him feel welcome.
Now while we were shopping for Zushi we found the cutes, friskiest little Wocky named Perli... of course.. having the mean streak I have.. I HAD to have her... but sadly... she has a family. However, she did need a sponser.. so I am now the proud proud owner of frisky little Perli... which is good, because that darned Zushi is a little on the shy and sweet side. If it works out... we may get a third pet... but we have to see how well these two little darlings adjust to our ways first. WISH US LUCK WITH THEM!!! :)

New to Dalnet or IRC in General?
If you have never chatted on IRC and have a PC, I recommend you use a program called mIRC in order to find us. By clicking on the above link, you will be transported to http://www.mirc.com. There you will be able to download the program, and also read the help files to find us. We are on the Network DalNet and our channel name is #WesternPA.
What is DalNet?
If you want to understand more about what DalNet is, please visit thier Web Site. There is tons of useful info there, also a Java link and a telnet link for users not able to download the mIRC program for any reason. I believe WebTV users may find access information there as well.
